Lotus Nots is, for all intents and purposes, the Edsel of software. Let me explain.
Th design interface, as you've scratched the surface on, is horribly non-intuitive (at least acording to the Interface Hall of Shame, see below).
Rather than review the whole thing, I'll let them do it.
