PSAT & Internship

Today I finally got my PSAT scores back, and while I didn't do as well as I'd hoped, I'm still happy with my results. I ended up receiving a 59 in Verbal, a 61 in Math, and a 69 in Writing Skills. I was in the top 17% in both Verbal and Math, and I was in the top 4% in Writing Skills. The analogies killed me...grr...oh, well, I can't complain, since I did the best I could...I was even sick when I took it. :P

I got my schedule for next semester adjusted today. I had Chemistry 2nd period (I got out of it because I'm struggling in the first half right now and I do NOT wish to struggle for 18 or so more weeks) and Law in Life 3rd period, but instead I'm going to have an internship with the 10th grade English teacher. I might be able to teach the class once every two weeks, so I'll get to come up with a lesson plan and everything. I'm very excited about that, because 1.) I want to be an English teacher, and 2.) the teacher I'll have the internship with is a really cool guy. I have to intern for 80 hours to get full credit...yay! It'll be great.

Anywho, just thought I'd share.
