Wonderful. I suppose you guys are write though. It may be two or three elections from now until such a system is implemented. I suspect that it would have a substantial impact on politics-but it would be contraversial as to how it was implememented. Would you set up the system to possible exclude convincts and illegal immigrants? (hundreds of each voted in Florida, and proved the contraversial deciding factor in a recent California race)
I predict Florida, due to their numerous problems, will be the first state to radically change their voting procedures and ballots
