I don't see what's wrong with fried chicken head. I'm sure there are lots of cultures which eat stranger things than that. Also I don't think one chicken head is a good reason to stop eating at Mcdonald's. Now, the overwhelming fat content and risk of heart attack as well as exorbitant prices... that might keep you away...
