No, no, no. The reason that _Matrix the Second_ might suck is this:

Keanu Reeves doesn't have all that great of an acting range, but the character he played in _The Matrix_ was within that range -- a man caught up in circumstances he didn't understand. In other words, he played a clueless guy. Now, at the end of _The Matrix_, after he's clued into what's going on, how to manipulate it, and knows how to end the movie, he didn't have any more lines and just went around kicking people and running up walls.

Next we move into the sequel where Neo is totally clued in -- he's in a position to manipulate what's going on and to be the driving force behind the movie. Just like his role as Don John in _Much Ado About Nothing_, and we all know how good of a performace he turned in for that movie.

(Or at least you should -- it's a great movie.)

That's why _Matrix, Part Deus_ might totally suck.
