It's such a vague memory, me hearing this, like a dream. It sounds wild, but then, I still swear it's true. The more I think on it, it was probably my Grandfather and Great Uncle going on at a recent family dinner. I only half listen to their goss about cars and prices, and how seatbelts are bad because one person would have died if he HAD his seatbelt on during such-and such an accident and that kind of gibberish.

It's reassuring that you haven't heard anything similar, but I'll do some sleuthing on the matter just in case.
