Yet to be determined, and I don't want to find out by just *anybody*. I think Kiki said her sis likes it, and there's a semi-regular who claims to like it...

Numbed? Nah, from what I hear, they still feel it and react to it, they just enjoy it, for whatever reason. For some, it's the fun of trying to get away. I imagine it makes one immune to the threat of tickling as incentive not to do something. :)
