I've only gone shopping the day after Thanksgiving once, and that's because we were visiting relatives who had a Best Buy nearby (we didn't) and Best Buy had a huge discount on the DVD player I wanted (which turned out to be a great DVD player when it didn't just decide to die for no reason -- avoid Panasonic a110 and a310s, people).

'00 -- Those blasted scooters (but everyone already has one), cheap robotic dog knockoffs (not really a big fad, but stores appear to be trying to push these), and DVD players (for the big kids).
