It's a cheap plastic bottle. It doesn't weigh much.
Actually, I've got a nearly empty bottle of liquid soap around here...just a sec...
...Yeah. Our bathroom scale has a digital readout. When I stick the nearly-empty bottle on it, it just reads "000". So while the weight of the bottle may not be negligable, it's too small for me to measure with a bathroom scale!
