I've seen a few fish in the river and ravine before, but they all seemed really, really small, and I doubt if any of them are Chinooks. In fact, I think that the biggest fish that I've seen here was, like, a goldfish in someones tank. I can't recall ever trying a Chinook either. I have tried a variety of sea food when we visited the Atlantic and Pacific provinces/states, but I don't recall a Chinook ever. Plenty of Bass though. So, how *do* Chinook taste, anyway? And please, don't say "like chicken".

Chinook, the salmon that eats snow and tastes like tuna. They can be caught as they race down the eastern slopes of the Rockies and are best when cooked by compressional heating.

Note: I picked Ojibway because it was the first northwestern tribe that I thought of.
