When you printed that out for me during Journalism a while back, I went home and showed it to both my mom and my dad. My dad simply said, "Hmm," which translates as: "I don't get it." However, my mom and I pretty much get what you're saying...I think. *shrug* Anywho, how should it affect the way we treat all matter, eh? Well, if the object has eyes, make eye contact so it feels connected to you. If it has ears, tell it to cheer up, things are never as bad as they may seem. If it has a nose, give it a warm cookie to smell. If it has a tongue and a mouth, listen to it. And if it has nerves, give it a nice warm hug. If the said object seems to have none of these things, do all of the above and you should be fine.

None of that made any sense, nor did it really relate at all to what you posted, but I'm half asleep...*yaaaaaaaaaaawn*...so oh well. ;)
