I ran across an interesting tidbit in NADNMagazine, which my mother gets but doesn't read. It's help for figuring taxes and other accounting stuff. Despite the rhetoric thrown about by candidates so much during the first presidential campaign this year, NADN claims that Gore's targeted tax cuts would let the most wealthy citizens keep more of their money than Bush's plans would.

The article also pointed out that each candidate's tax plan offers more savings to the candidate's opponent than to himself.
