But what I hate the most about taxes (aside from having to pay them) is that I live in one state and work in another. I get to pay state income tax in both states plus federal! Not only that, but the more money I make, the larger the amount I've got to pay! This next year, I'll be going from the 23% bracket to the 33%. It's at times like this, I wish I lived back in Texas, where there's no state income tax.
