Yesterday I traveled from Milan to Parma, and all around the freeway I saw autumn colours, all the shades of green, yellow, red, brown.

Near Parma, the fog covered everything; I pulled over and stopped the car for a moment; all was quiet; it seemed that the farms, the fields and all of nature went to sleep, and the fog was their bed.
