How about we just declare Howard Pres. and be done with it. He would govern with Common Sense, honesty, and fairness. He has the kind of personality that Bush and Gore could only hope to have. I hereby nominate Howard for Pres. of these U S's of A (or at least of The United RinkWorkians of the World (URW)). Any seconds?
