I hear it all the time: "kids take their parents ideas" "kids vote like their parents" "the kids' votes reflect their parents votes"

Is this really true? I know I certainly did not vote like my parents (nor did I not vote like them just so I could say I didn't vote like them.)

I voted for Alan Keyes, but they will probably vote for Bush and Nader. Alot of people at my school think everyone votes like their parents.
