I'm sick and tired of being the only one in the our four-plex (quadplex?) who takes the garbage cans down to the curb. And just how many times do I have to ask the neighbors to use the cans with the lids first? How hard is it to acutally put the garbage bags in the cans rather than sit them on top of the cans like they're ice cream cones? Huh? And don't make me start typing in all caps about this!
