I've the best chances when I check the page between 10.00am and 11.00am local time (my time zone is GMT+1, plus another hour till end of October due to daylight saving).
Anyway, being the first in the reader poll doesn't add much information to what you already know... (anyway again, you'll be sure that your choice expresses the 100% of your opinion).
