Wow, these polls follow my life or something. I just went through some toll booths over the weekend. My answer about music is "turn the volume down", since I usually have the volume way up (which might present a problem if, say, I don't hear the ambulence siren and wonder why other cars are pulling off the road... *blinks innocently*). Volume wasn't mentioned, so I just put "leave music on."
