Also, I've just recently become close to God again, so I've been putting my trust in Him...cuz a lot of things have been going on lately that make me want to blow up. It seems like nothing's going right for me...but since everything happens for a reason, then I'm just trying to remember that I'm learning every day from the experiences I'm going through. :)

Den-Kara's hit on two things here that have been helpful to me during stressful times--1) Writing.
Journaling is a great way to vent--no only for yourself, but Unipeg try suggesting this to your friends, as in, "send me a note about it". They will benefit from writing it all out (makes them slow down and hopefully THINK things through a little more if they have to get it on paper) plus gives you a little time to breathe before you are expected to respond. Of course this won't work if it's one of those "I'm going to see so & so in ten minutes, help me now, what do I say to him?" type of things--but nothing always works except for 2)taking it to God. Acknowledging that there is someone bigger and better than your immediate problem/burnout is the ultimate stress relief.
