Interesting. Sam and others can say that homosexuality is wrong, a sin, immoral, or what-have-you, with no rationalization other than, in essence, "because the Bible says so" (which is arguable in itself; I recommend the book "What the Bible Really Says About Homosexuality", but that's a tangential point). You have no problem with that. Yet I point out, using the same phrasing Sam did, that I have a problem with Christianity and not Christians, and you jump on me.

I am not going to waste my time or yours, or the others' here, expounding upon why homosexuality is a perfectly natural biological feature, or why there is nothing wrong with two consenting adults loving each other. Nor am I going to spend my time pointing out what I see as the many inconsistencies of Christianity or the many terrible ways in which Christianity is currently applied. I don't care what others believe, as long as they don't try to affect my life with it.

The tiresome "love the sinner, hate the sin" message always irks me in particular with regard to this issue; thus I responded in kind with a "love the religious, hate the religion" message. Neither message is more offensive than the other.

If you plan to respond with a more detailed reasoning of why you can't stand homosexuality, or why you're convinced that's what God thinks, or why you think it's unnatural, don't bother. I'm not asking for a detailed description of anyone's prejudices. My point, simply, is this: that if others are free to make bold antigay statements here, I should be just as free to make an analogous antireligious one.
