depends on a few variables, but the short answer is to get them psychological help. The variables include things like what you are, and how old they are - - i.e. if you're a teacher and they're a 16 year old, you may be required to report it and facilitate getting them into counselling.
Bulimia is not generally something that a person can overcome by themselves, and it's often very hard to overcome it even with good psychological counselling. She needs to see a psychologist quickly, especially since bulimia not only damages the patient mentally, but physically as well - - -scarring of the throat, rotting of tooth enamel, etc, caused by such frequent contact with bile.
