Mama Mia! That was a long flight, especially if you were flying west, crossing time zones.
Don't worry about the hot and humid. Cooler weather is on the way. Davidsonville is in the tidewater country about 20 miles or so east of Washington, DC. If I remember correctly, it is only a few minutes from Beverly Beach and a few inches about sea level.
