Our phone number must be very similar to some collection agency's number. Over the past three years, we've gotten a dozen or so calls left on our answering machine from outraged people who demand to know why we're going to take money out of their paychecks.

Don't they even listen to the outgoing message? We actually say our first names. It's not a company's name. Geez.
