Hi. I propagate urban legends and hoaxes because when I hear about them, I get all excited and jumpy and race to be the first to spread the word, because I am a compassionate and easily manipulated individual. It's a good thing I'm such a great public servant, or I'd check my facts before repeating such things, and we all know how much precious time that could take. Why, enough for poor Robby the Doggie to die a tragic painless death at a ripe old age. Such injustice will never do. Oh, and I think there are some actual people suffering in the world too, but wittle doggies are WAY cuter and are more deserving of my frenetic, easily-triggered energy releases.
