There were/are a lot of Indians at UNH, but this was the only one we couldn't understand. He was indecipherable sometimes. Fortunately that was just the one class.

This professor is Indian, too. I was a little worried when I first read his name: Rabindranath Chakrabarti. It wasn't until I heard him try to say "Is everyone here?" that I thought "Uh oh." I have another professor with an Indian accent (perhaps he's from Pakistan, as he wears a turban), but he's perfectly understandable.

> You may notice as you progress from year to year that the quality of the classes improves as you go. Freshman classes have a tendency to be humongous lecture hall classes taught by whichever member of the department is overdue for it. The upper level classes tend to be much smaller groups and taught by the department's resident expert in that particular field. The teacher/student relationship tends to be a lot tighter. None of the above statements are universal absolutes, just what seems to be the tendency for how college classes are taught.

Yeah, I can see how that could be true with some of my classes, but our first year Psychology professor appears to be an exception. She seems to take great care in what she does, even with the largest class size at the university, and she's friendly, too. She has invited the Psych majors out to pizza and pop on Friday.

3,420, I believe. That's quite enough for me!
