Somebody mentioned Jerry Lewis and within a matter of hours, there he was on Larry King Live. I've laughed myself silly at Jerry Lewis since the late 1940's so I decided to listen to what he had to say. He strikes me a being a little smarter than the characters he plays. Like maybe a thousand times smarter. He came across as a caring person who likes to give back to the people who made him rich. He never says anything bad about people and his affection for former partner, Dean Martin, is remarkable if you are aware of some of the things Dean said about him. He still has the mind of a man half his age (he's 75) and proved it with a fast-talking monologue. Larry King had an easy time with Lewis who is what is known as an "easy interview." King didn't have to say much to keep the old entertainer going for a full hour. I enjoyed it very much. Howard
