I've been in eight. Only five *really*, but I added Fiji, Canada and Tonga, which I have "been in" either for the purposes of just-enough-time-to-leave-the-airport stopovers or day trips.
The others are here (New Zealand), Australia, the USA, Samoa and Vanuatu. I keep thinking Hawaii should be in that list, it doesn't seem like part of the USA.
