Agreed. Jack Valenti is a complete and utter moron. Not only is his stance on the ratings system insane, but his take on the whole DeCSS case (essentially it's code that breaks the encryption on DVDs -- doesn't allow the copying of them [in fact there's no encryption to stop their copying], does allow anyone who wants to to write their own player) is woefully misinformed.
