What a great forum this is. Reading Grishny's post and the replies to it (so far), I was thinking how interesting it is to find out about people's various ideals. And I'm impressed by the way we can *do* that without any implications of "I'm right, you're stupid, let's have a flame war" on either side.

Realising that people I like hold beliefs so different from mine has increased my respect for such beliefs. Yay for human diversity.
