From what I could tell, the guys got even less work done than usually on a pep-rally Friday (when we wore our outfits all day). The whole idea is to look good. And I don't think guys, as a whole, are impressed enough with, or interested enough in, the dancing and cheering to warrant how much noise they make during it. Am I way off base on this one?

Ok, I agree that guys wouldn't get as aroused if the cheerleaders were wearing sleeping bags, but you can't blame the cheerleaders for a guy getting aroused. You haven't established that the intent of the cheerleaders is sexual, only that the guys watching the pep rallys get less work done. Hey, maybe they like the choreography.
