Yes, that's it! I forgot to mention, but this song does make me cry, or at least tear up, especially now as it has extra connotations (my sis's wedding).

Other things that make me cry:
"Total Eclipse of the Heart" by Bonnie Tyler (currently playing on my computer)
(don't laugh) "Aeris's Theme" from Final Fantasy VII (also that one scene from the game)
