An air-tight balloon? How could you blow it up?
It sounds about as practical as an inflateable anvil, or a cast iron blimp, or a Polish wood stove(made of wood), or a concrete life perserver,
or a rubber knife, or a fire-proof candle, or an unsinkable submarine, or. . . .
