I think there's a Busch Gardens around Gatlinburg. It was a blast when I went (two of the coasters were mind-blowing). I can't recall much about the non-ride aspect of it, except that there was a lift or something to an Annheuser-Busch (I know, my spelling was atrocious) plant. Recommended. I may not have the right park, though...check first.
