Don't worry about Sam in a canoe. He's been in one before. I have about a million miles in canoes and have never tipped one over yet. But I don't get in one with a green horn. That's when bad things happen. I assume Lady is a dog. I've never seen a dog tip a canoe. They have a good sense of balance.
