There's a small town in Oregon named Drain. I'm not sure as to where the name originally came from; I just assumed that it had something to do with the amount of rainfall we get. It's gotta flow somewhere. (not pulling a Howard here) Not really as colorful a name, but just fun to say would be the town of Dufur. I believe a local politician once said "You can do for Dufur what Dufur can do for you..." (say it aloud a couple times) (potential Howardism on this one)
