There are actually quite a few Rinksters who don't live in America. To solve the problem, why not make up new cities? If you don't want entirely new names, why not combine names of existing cities?

Examples:
Torondon (Toronto + London)
Newney (New York + Sydney)
Dallyo (Dallas + Tokyo)
Buenopore (Buenos Aires + Singapore)
Moscid (Moscow + Madrid)
Sanbagh (San Francisco + Baghdad)
