It's also missing the thing I'm really afraid of. "High places" and "Flying" both approach it, but neither is quite right. The fear comes on when I'm flying and when I'm high up (especially when I can see exactly how far down it is), but I'm not afraid of being high up. What I'm afraid of is that something will go wrong resulting in me rapidly and painfully ceasing to be high up.
