I guess I'm just not Southern enough, even though I spent 8 years of my life growing up in South and North Carolina. I prefer Moon Pies with milk. But I do like RC Cola. It's just not my preferred choice for washing down those tasty treats that we always got at Po Folks.

Last December, our church held a Chinese Auction (a.k.a. a White Elephant gift exchange; I can explain it later if someone wants me to). They have one every year, but this was the first time we attended. I brought for my gift an entire case of Moon Pies. Nobody seemed to want them. I was a bit annoyed; I thought Moon Pies would make a *great* gift! Finally, someone stole them, and he got to keep them. I guess he was the only one there who liked Moon Pies.
