I hate to dissapoint you, but pretty much all dogs do that. I think so, anyway, because all of the dogs I have seen do. And my dog did, before she got too old to do anything (including stand). Don't worry about it, just sit back and laugh. Oh, DO worrt if it skids across the carpet with its legs in the air though.
