It said, "In order to help reduce crime in our neighbourhood, we have noted on this ticket the omissions you have made when parking your vehicle. You have: None. Félicitations/Congratulations!"

That's pretty cool. Back when I was in Texas, one of the local police forces would give out certificates for a free Thanksgiving turkey to courteous drivers.
