I can entirely sympathise, as I'm stuck just down the coast in Grays (near Lakeside!), I was born in Dovercourt and lived in Colchester for six years (leaving some 24 years ago!) I just don't seem to be able to get away from Essex. Is there still a Williams and Griffin in the high street?
