According to USA Today, Amazon.com had 400,000 copies pre-ordered, 90% of which were delivered before 4pm on Saturday. (My copy was delivered sometime before noon.) Barnes & Noble had 650,000 copies on day one (physical shops as well as the web-only shop).

In the US, the first-print run was 3.8 million copies.
