I haven't tried much except meat yet on my grill (well, I did throw some frozen green beans in aluminum foil and throw *that* on the grill to see how it worked--it worked fine, except that throwing them in the microwave accomplished exactly the same thing, only quicker) but I certain intend to. I think what everyone should do is, instead of arguing about which type of grill is better, we should all be posting our favorite grilling recipies. :-)

My great grandmother used to cook on a wood stove. Now *that* took skill, to bake, fry, boil, and saute a whole meal over a fire that you simply *cannot* control the heat of to any real degree. All my great-grandfather, grandfather, father, and myself could do with a wood stove was throw logs in it.
