Wow, this looks pretty much right except for the nuke (special rules apply). The Bag of Hell, by the way, sets Eliza's HP to -666, so yeah, it's instant death.

By the way, nobody's tried this yet, but you can heal Eliza up to 10,001 HP. At this point, there will be nothing you can use to do a great deal of damage to it except the nuke (which takes 2 hits to kill it) and the Bag of Hell (which, as usual, is instant death).
