It's out of print. Sorry. If you REALLY want it, there's a billion copies on eBay... all going for well over $70. I ran a quick search for "spinal tap dvd" and came up with a long list.

However, MGM is re-issuing it in September, though it will be missing the stuff from the Criterion disc. It looks like there will be some additional features, so it may not be too bad. Check out the link below for more info.
