I don't know much about computers, but we had some mysterious problems with our home computer a while ago. Nothing seemed to help, we even formatted the hard disks several times. Diagnostics programs couldn't find anything (when the computer worked long enough for them to execute). Turned out that the problem was a slightly loosened memory comb. Perhaps you should check that everything is tight, if they haven't done that at the maintenance place.
