Put on some nice, calming, relaxing music. I like the instrumental cd of "Mr Holland's Opus" for this use. It will help calm you down, make you in not so much of a hurry, and more likely to forgive people of their little driving foibles.

The way I look at it is: It's really not worth it to get upset over.

And music does much to sooth the savage beast. It's amazing to me how much faster I go when listening to the theme to "Mission Impossible" and how much I don't care if people cut me off when listening to Handel or Bach.
