Heh. I was going to say something like that. Such as, "The reason it's illegal to yell 'Fire!' in a public building is that it's a threat to public safety, since there's a chance that people will trample each other to escape. Is public prayer that fearsome, that it's a threat to public safety?" If so, then that would almost be close to the the threshhold of the beginnings of a fair analogy.
