so because you are uncomfortable we should make it illegal?

that's a GREAT idea! OK, I've always been uncomfortable at school dances so let's outlaw those. I'm also uncomfortable around cats (they always seem to want to claw me) so let's make them illegal as well.

My point here is that just because you are uncomfortable with something does not mean it should be illegal. If that were the case, nothing would be legal because everything makes SOMEONE uncomfortable. That is the price of living in freedom.
